The Herbs&Spices scrub deeply exfoliates while moisturizing the skin - your body will be embrocate wiyh a paste consisting of rice flour, cloves, nutmeg, pepper, cardoman, cumin and yoghurt.


Spices will improve blood circulation; yoghurt will restore natural pH to the skin. After a shower will follow Pinda Massage - small cotton bolluses filled with herbs grown in Latvia (chamomile, calendula, linden blossom, peppermint) and warm chamomile aromatic oil. It helps alleviate muscle and joint pain.
