Valmiera Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is a structural unit of the Department of Cultural Affairs, Sport and Tourism of the Valmiera City Council.
 
Valmiera Tourist Information Centre has received the Latvian tourism service quality system “Q-Latvia” quality award. Valmiera City Council has received the quality management certificate ISO 9001:2015, among which the services of the Valmiera Tourist Information Centre, namely, provision of tourism information to visitors, tour guide services and the homepage visit.valmiera.lv, have been evaluated and acclaimed.
