DULBEŅI (V-X)

The Dulbeņi farm is one of the few places in Latvia where Shiitake mushrooms are grown in a natural, biologically clean environment. During the tour, the hostess will tell you about the healing properties of the mushrooms, the patient growing process, share delicious recipes for making mushrooms, as well offer to taste them in their freshest form. 

The farm also has a small beehive, so the owners kindly invite guests to taste organic honey and are delighted to tell more about the positives of honey and the process of making it.
