The apartments are located by the highway Rīga – Valmiera, in a quiet residential area of Kocēni, 3 km from the Valmiera Olympic Center, Valmiera swimming pool, 5 km from the center of Valmiera and only a 5-minute walk from the Kokmuiža castle complex. There is a public transport stop nearby, allowing easy access to Valmiera and back. The most active guests can go to the nearby Tennis hall and try their hand at tennis. The Kocēni stud farm is also very close, where you can watch horse training or go horseback riding. Each room has its own kitchen area and a separate entrance.
