GREEN VALMIERA (9 KM)

The 9 km long circular route will reveal Valmiera’s natural goods, winding through parks, the banks of the Gauja and tree-lined city streets. You can do this both by bike and on foot.  You can be sure of how green the city really is in summer, and in winter, challenge yourself by looking around and observing every green detail. You may be surprised at how many you can find. 

You can take a longer route from Jānis Daliņš Stadium along Dīvaliņa street, Tērbatas Street and Nameja alley and continue to Valmiermuiža park and beer brewery (additional 3 km distance in both directions).

Road surface: paved sidewalks, trails, asphalt
